The Rabbit Hole

Both.

You become someone in the presence of the observer. The observer becomes someone in the presence of you. Neither of you gets to stand outside the experiment.

Time, energy, attention - that's about it. Of course money is a form of attention, isn't it? There is an option to support the observers and perhaps influence the encounter with money. You can give $250 if you choose the fixed rate. Dana if you choose to offer. Or left open, or not to pay anything at all.

This is utterly therapeutic in the old sense - we are tending, attending, making room. People sometimes cry, reorganize, or feel a nervous system settle. That can happen in a kitchen too.

But, no, this is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If you need therapy, get therapy. Quantum encounters can sit beside that work, but it cannot be that work.

In quantum physics, superposition means that something can exist in multiple possible states until it's measured.

You're not a particle. Probably. But you can arrive as several possible versions of yourself. Which one leaves is another question.

Possibility, maybe. A story you've been telling. The distance between who you are and who you pretend to be.

Or nothing. I don't know.

It's fine if you do, it's fine if you don't. Skepticism is welcome and encouraged.

You're meeting yourself, by way of a human mirror. That mirror may be dirty, cracked, or otherwise distorted, but you'll see yourself in it regardless. The other person is the observer: the field through which your own wave collapses into something particular. To be met, to have a quantum encounter, is to collapse and become known.

That's where you'll actually find yourself - in, and through, another's eyes.

Who you're meeting, specifically, we'll share once you book.

Maybe you aren't supposed to know yet. Maybe not knowing is why you booked.

Sacramento has the word sacrament hiding right there in its name, so that seems like something.

When was the last time you spent an hour with another person and let nothing be enough?

Besides, sometimes nothing takes a while to reveal itself.

Then something happens.

You don't have to explain it, name it, or make it mean anything. You can just let it happen and see what follows you home.

Sure. Bring all three. Bring none of them.

If something keeps asking to come along, maybe let it.

It's a time and place in which two people meet and see what becomes available. It's not a protocol, a modality franchise, or a promise that the universe will rearrange itself for you.

This is for you. There are no coincidences. You landed here for a reason.

That's allowed. We think it might be bullshit too.

Bring your skepticism. It knows things.

Who knows, until it's known? There may be talking. There may be silence. There may be cavorting, laughter, disappointment. Anything is possible. The wave doesn't show its hand until it collapses into something particular.

No guru. No doctrine. No membership. No compound. No matching outfits.

Time is an illusion. There is only the ever-present now. When else could it be?

But don't blame the universe. You clicked the button.

Maybe, in conversation. Not in practice. The work is interested in the same territory those compounds sometimes open, without requiring them to get there.

If you're looking for a psychedelic session, this is probably the wrong door. If you're looking for a human encounter that can hold that territory anyway then this might be exactly the right one.

The front door is intentionally quiet. If you go down the rabbit hole, you'll find something that is about as garish as the culture that usually sells “transformation.”

If you needed a professional brochure to trust a conversation, you probably needed a different conversation.
